Don't Drink Tea or Coffee!!!!!!

For months now i've been suffering from heart problems, headaches and high blood pressure. usually the heart problems are in the form of palpitations followed by a shortness of breath and a pain in the side of my head and behind my eye.

Anyway a couple or more months ago I went to the doctors and they asked me how much Tea do I drink. I generally drink Tea all day none stop, I finish one cup and I make another.
Well the doctor said I should cut down on it but I didn't listen and carried on.

Well anyway my health got worse and the other day I decided to start eating and drinking healthy so i've stopped drinking Tea altogether and started drinking some Pomegranate and Acai berry juice.

3 days later the health problems i've had for about a year has suddenly vanished.

The doctor was right! it's the :censored: Tea that's been causing my problems!

DON'T DRINK TEA OR COFFEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Life without coffee is not worth living.

I am glad that you're doing what's good for your health, though.

Of course people should drink tea and/or coffee. But as with all things, the should not be in excess. The amount you drank was, most probably, quite in excess. No wonder you've developed heart problems.

This is the first time I'm hearing about a "chain" tea drinker. I'll heed your words and cut out the tea drinking though..which shouldn't be a problem since I don't drink it. But don't you dare touch my iced-tea...that's my go to drink...touch it and you'll pull back a stub. :D

The coffee suggestion is pure insanity.

You know what you call an Englishman without his tea?

French.

In the future, even Englishmen who drink tea will be French. I've seen Star Trek. And they dare to call it an optimistic view of the future. :(

Sometimes I wonder if I learnt anything in Medical School, and then I'm reminded that we're taught that it's a really bad idea to drink a caffeinated beverage continuously all day long. I mean, I could never have figured that out without some sort of highly advanced training. Common sense just doesn't provide for that kind of thinking!

Iced tea is still tea. :vulcan:

Maybe she means the Long Island variety....

There are so many dead healthy people out there...I've long since passed the point worrying about the latest "Don't eat this" or "Don't drink this," because ultimately everything is bad for you.

Everything in moderation, I say.

It is now officially tea time...

DON'T DRINK TEA OR COFFEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Shades of grey really don't exist in your world, do they?

Anyway, I'd rather have heart palpitations than caffeine withdrawal headaches, so I will continue to drink wildly excessive amounts of coffee, thank you very much.

That was my drink back in my twenties. It was very economical.

But my ice-tea doesn't have actual tea in it silly! It's made with sugar and water and fake flavoring and coloring.....only healthy stuff.
