Dollhouse: "Man on the Street" (episode 6)

I just watched the first six episodes for the first time yesterday and today, and agree that the latest episode was the best.

I'm still not quite feeling this show. I haven't been keeping up with most of these review threads since I was behind, but is the Dollhouse the same set as... Wolfram and Hart from the last season of Angel? I think that's been subconsciously messing with me while trying to watch this show. It doesn't help that they have have Fred running around in a labcoat.

The concept of this show is a little goofy and the cast isn't very good. Helo from BSG isn't very good, the handler isn't any good, and Eliza Dushku is a joke of an actress.

The Tofer character is downright insufferable, and believe me, nobody is more disposed towards liking a sarcastic computer geek asshole character than me! How did they fuck that one up?

As similar as the Dollhouse set is to the Wolfram Hart set... Angel ended five years ago, so I really doubt that vast set was just sitting in a darkened studio for five years ;)

Fine then.. they xeroxed the blueprints and did some minor doodling on top of it. Either way it still messes with my brain!

just watched it, one week too late.
pleased that Melonie wasn't fridged, that would have been it for me, but I'll continue to stick with it.
