every few days I will do that before I go to sleep specially if I need sleep but have too much energy, you know.. I will just twitch sometimes it gets kinda bad but luckily mmm well not luckily on my end.. but luckily I sleep alone. ---

The dog was just having fun and had obviously taken rides down the hill before.
I’m sorry but that’s bs. It wouldn’t have occurred to me to allow Finn to do this.
I *think* there was some sort of barrier at the bottom of the hill to prevent anyone (or dog) from rolling into the street.

The dog who is shown in my avatar had to be put down yesterday. He was in the care of my x-wife. She and I are obviously upset about this, but I'm posting because I want to celebrate him as the most amazing animal I've known personally. Mosby made it to age 10 despite some disabilities including having no eyes, being deaf and being an albino. He overcame all these issues and acted like a normal dog and enjoyed every moment of life with a smile. However, after his best doggie friend (my Phenix) pasted away a couple of months ago, something changed. He was then diagnosed with a brain tumor and we kept him going for as long as we could after that.
I'm posting a link to the video about Mosby. I really admired this dog who was never aware of his disabilities and was always happy. We all live life with a great number of limitations, but we are never bothered by this until we become limited just a little bit more, and hence become aware of it. Mosby teaches us to appreciate all the things we can do, no matter the limitations we have.

I'm sorry about the loss of your buddy. He looked like a good dog.
Gus earned an extra treat this morning. When doing his morning bodily functions, his routine is to smell every blade of grass in the yard until he finds the perfect spot for latrine duty. Then, he will run around in circles for a few seconds (we call this "crap circles") before doing the deed. Well, this morning there must have been blockage or some such, because the running in circles lasted much longer than usual and was accompanied by growling and barking. Well, eventually, lateral acceleration exceeded longitudinal acceleration and Gus spun out and slid on his belly. He sat there and panted for a few seconds before renewing the crap circles until the deed was finally done. As usual, when Gus goes into cute mode, my phone was nowhere near and I failed to get the visuals to accompany the narration.
We had a Shih-tzu/Maltese-X who was the same except it was her night time routine and was never quite as funny.
Our rottweiler saved his spinning for the important times - food. Would get his bowl ready in the kitchen and he'd see you with and then do a couple of spins and race for the doggy door (which he generally barrelled through) and was waiting by time you arrived.
So sorry for your loss, @Steven P Bastien . Mosby was lucky to have a friend such as you, just as you were lucky to have a friend such as him.
