Doggies, Doggos and Doggeroos!

The dog's paw motion reminds me of the digging action that dogs sometimes do. My dog used to dig in the blankets like that to hid a dog biscuit, but she used to do it in a way that was more obvious.

It reminds me of a cats "kneading" motion they learn when they're nursing, and then do later for no reason at all.

Speaking of dogs and "burying"....

My cousin's Maltese will "dig" into a fleece/velvet "throw" I keep upon my sofa. before settling to rest or outright nap. I gather it's an instinct to dig a depression into which a canine can snuggle, retaining a bit more body heat. When we catch her doing it, one or both of us will chant, "Root! Root! Root!" She doesn't do it long enough to really tear at the fibers, so I don't really mind. (If it were every day, yeah, it would result in eventual "wear", but they visit only twice, maybe three times a year, so it's not a problem.)

Hmm, this was a tricky one. At first glance, this seems to be a Giphy-type gif hosting service. However, they position themselves as a "magazine"/media site, and their business model appears to based around bringing views to their site. I have reviewed their Terms of Service page, and can't find anything explicitly allowing external third-party hotlinking, and in fact the individual gif pages don't appear to have a built-in embedding mechanism.

Based on this, I have converted the image to a link. If you can point me to something from them that indicates that they do in fact allow hotlinking, I'd be happy to reverse this.

No contest... It looked like a hoster so I went with it, I had never seen the site before..
