Fred (he’s a chihuahua) hates it. He has no hair on his belly and arms/legs so he gets very cold very quickly.

I have jackets and sweaters for him but it doesn’t help with his arms and legs. I feel so bad for him so I let him use a pee pee pad in the house. I change it constantly so it doesn’t smell but most people would probably disagree with this practice.
