There's a definite TN there. The third character looks like it could be a G. It looks close to a 5, too. It's a bit blurry.

Since Nokia is going to be around in the 23rd century, maybe we should all buy stock in it now and pass it down the line to our ancestors.

It does look like TNG to me. On a side note, since it's an ancient car it's probably an ancient phone. there isn't even a video on the screen. ( I know this is because greg grunberg didn't have time to do a scene.)
