Does it make sense for Vulcans to be into baseball?

Solok's motives aside, I don't see why any non-human wouldn't appreciate human physical activities. At the end of the day, baseball is a physical activity with a degree of strategy involved. And being logical doesn't eliminate emotions; being logical tempers them.

About as much sense as it makes for Klingons to be into Shakespeare. Or Romulans into Roman mythology. Or Ferengi into root beer.
I think that Ferengis would get into anything that sold. If root beer was on the market...

I think that Vulcans might enjoy baseball as they enjoy chess.

The arc of the bat, the speed, of the ball, their speed... The Vulcans would be able to calculate everything exactly.

That variable mathematics or sabermetrics certainly seems very Vulcan. In those terms baseball is order and prediction. After all what’s more logical than the anticipation of action via maths?

I now remember a small news article I read some 20 odd years ago, how Buddhist (or possibly Tibetan) monks in some east-asian country had set up some secret gambling pool on the outcomes of matches played during a UEFA European Championship - certainly persons who were supposed to have renounced such worldly pleasures such as gambling for money and watching sports. So why would Vulcans, nominally supposed to suppress their emtions, not have such exceptions?
