Does anyone know how fast Warp 13 is in "all good things"

To avoid all those cumbersome numerals, I think they should assign each different warp speed an arbitrary name based on a flavor, instead of thinking in terms of numbers. More decimal points would be expressed with different flavor combinations.

"Ensign, set course for Alpha Centauri, Warp Factor strawberry-chocolate-pistachio-curry-garlic-sardine-bubble gum. Engage!"

And as a bonus, the replicator makes you a very special dish based on that flavor combo.

To seriously answer the question, it's got to be like warp 9.99xxxx, right? Anything that TOS called over warp 6 got moved (because of what Roddenberry called "warp inflation") to warp 9.9x. So instead of the dramatic impact of "WARP 12!" we got "WARP 9.9! No, IT'S WARP 9.99! MY GOD IT'S WARP 9.99 NINE!"

Might be the refit reduced her top speed somewhat. Might be the refit brought her top speed back up to warp 7 from where it had fallen during the preceding five years of abuse. Might be the 2270s+ warp 7 was faster than the 2260s warp 12. But we don't have much onscreen reason to think that the refit would have been fast for a starship: her time of making speed records was firmly in the past in ST3:TSfS, and she took four days to limp from Earth to Vulcan after ST:TMP while even Spock's little courier vessel seemed to do better in the opposite direction.

Well, a ridiculous idea deserves a ridiculous treatment, IMHO. It's no wonder it was dropped very quickly (for example by assuming a 'more advanced form of warp that doesn't damage subspace' could have been developed that easily).
