I suspect Clara's memories of her other lives is something similar to Rory's memories of his life as a Roman centurion. It's not something that's always remembered, but flashes of memory to occasionally occur.
I would imagine that it has the qualities of a somewhat vivid-at-the-time dream.

Yea, that was my first thought, "A New Nanny..."? And then I also thoughtReally chuffed at that, she's a great actress...even if she does look earily similar to Ms Foster in Partners in Crime in that pic. Be interesting to see what kind of character she's playing...
