Doctor Who set/on location reports thread

She says in the 50th anniversary that she remembers Ten "a bit," which makes me think she doesn't have much memory of all her other selves saving the Doctor.

I suspect Clara's memories of her other lives is something similar to Rory's memories of his life as a Roman centurion. It's not something that's always remembered, but flashes of memory to occasionally occur.

I would imagine that it has the qualities of a somewhat vivid-at-the-time dream.

That's exactly what Moffat says in the most recent DWM issue; she has vague, dreamlike images of them.

^ He tries to strangle her maybe?

Then the Doctor could channel Tennant and say "I'm sorry, I'm soooo sorry"

It's funny you should say that because the recent set video managed to make out some dialogue

Clara- Where are we?

The Doctor- Glasgow....I think?

Clara- Well,that's right your Scottish.

The Doctor- We can go for some..We can go for...Chips. Go for chips.

Clara- You're buying!

The Doctor- I don't have any money.

Really chuffed at that, she's a great actress...even if she does look earily similar to Ms Foster in Partners in Crime in that pic. Be interesting to see what kind of character she's playing...

And the countdown to "OMG Keely is the Rani!" starts in 5...4...3...2...1...

A few more details (but not many)

Moffat says on the BBC today "she achieves the greatest villainy yet attempted on Dr Who- she plays a banker!"

Yea, that was my first thought, "A New Nanny..."? And then I also thought

I thought she looked a little bit like Kavorkian myself and so did a friend of mine.
:alienblush:

ETA: I just noticed the caption says she Cameos...that's just a quick little scene, right? Recurring Villain?
