Pretty sure they're the bare bones releases. You could check Day of the Daleks or Resurrection of the Daleks for evidence?

According to the comments, Day of the Daleks is the fancy effects version. I saw no comments about Resurrection being a fancy version.

Are these single episodes their posting the existing episodes of mostly missing serials? That's the only reason I can think of why suddenly be posting single episodes like this.
 
Running out of stuff to post? Or they're posting the surviving episodes of the full animated versions? *shrug*
 
The black and white version of The Evil of the Daleks. Apparently, the color version was posted about a year ago, but it doesn't seem to have made it to this thread.

At any rate, the menus on the main page on YouTube do say, "Watch the complete
Third/Fourth/Fifth/Sixth/Seventh Doctor", so barring rights issues, that seems to be the complete set for them. As to the First and Second Doctors, obviously the complete sets aren't available. Notably, An Unearthly Child is not available. I seem to recall there being right issues involved.
