I voted yes, but, to be honest, I wouldn't mind it if SG-1 came to an end with this last movie. The characters might be able to move over to Atlantis movies or Universe, but I think SG-1 should finally be allowed to rest in peace, especially if this movie is a send-off for Jack.

No. Have an all guns blazing, final epic action movie with the original crew of Jack/Daniel/Sam/Teal'c. Make it a good one, and make that the last of SG-1.

I have a horrible feeling they're going to keep churning out movie after movie like they kept doing season after season.

No. I believe that the show suffered a serious hit in quality in regards to the last two seasons, and I blame much of that on the weak writing for the two newest additions to the cast.

Neither Vala nor Cam were very compelling characters, at least in my opinion. They were simply "there." Make the last movie, as has been mentioned, a return to form for the series, and let them be as they were in the early seasons.

Vala is fine, if they need her then use her if not then who cares?

Exactly, I like Vala, but Wright has publicly said that he can't think of a use for her in the new movie... so why try and force her in?

I really don't care. She's funny and all but I'd prefer this movie to be about the original SG-1. I'd leave Browder out too.

Don't care... This movie is supposed to really be about Jack, and if having Vala in there takes more time away from RDA, then I'm ok having her left out. I'm more concerned about Carter's screen time what with Sanctuary and all... I'd hate for her to have little screen time just dropping the team off in the General Hammond.

I just hope they provide a decent reason for her to be gone in this upcoming movie. If she's just randomly not there, that will bug me.

I really love the character (and Claudia!), and I think she had a decent arc in the last 2 seasons. But now that the Ori are gone, her character's purpose is unclear. I'd rather her have a decent send-off than have her go missing.

I love this character. I have enjoyed watching her in the movies and in last two seasons. Yet, if the movie that they have written does not call for her to come back, then I'm okay with that. I'm looking forward in seeing Jack and the whole crew (original) come back. I just don't think that Vala could work well with Jack. Maybe she could, but I think that they are essentially the same character.

The original SG-1 has no story left in 'em. What can they do that hasn't been done a dozen times (within the limited parameters of the Stargate writers' impoverished imaginations?)

I fail to understand why anyone who claims to be a fan of Claudia Black would wish for her career to be tethered to SG-1 for one millesecond longer. Can't we get her a gig on Caprica instead? Sure, that's a gamble that it will even survive, but there she might have the opportunity to use her acting talent again instead of just slumming/hamming it up.

Send Browder, Black and Judge out to other, better shows. RDA is retired, so leave him be. Everyone else, forget em. Forget the writers and producers most of all.

^There's a good chance this is the last we'll see of SG-1 and I would prefer to see the original team back together one last time.

As for the rest of your comments, nobody is forcing you to watch. Like all of this franchise's bashers on here, I encourage you to stop watching.

Well said.

I've always liked Vala better than Cameron because Vala was carefree and immoral (at times). Then, they made her a regular and it went downhill. It seems Vala's only purpose is to run behind Daniel like a lovesick puppy. I'd rather Vala ride off into the sunset on her own adventures. She doesn't have Adria or Ori to worry about anymore. She's got to be bored stuck on Earth.

Vala was a great character. I felt nothing for Micthell or Hank in the late rseasons, they were just fillers. Claudia Black brought the life needed to keep SG-1 on for the last few years. I vote yes.
However, she was strictly an Ori story person so if they can't find much use for her then okay she won't be in future movies but if she is used correctly and she can do more than just stand around looking sexy then write her into fututre movies.

At this point, I really don't care. I'll rent any SG-1 movie with RDA in it, but I'm still considering "Moebius" the last Stargate story. I'm not a big fan of Vala, though, so I voted no.

Any criticisms aside, Claudia Black's got nice tits. And I'll tell this... I've seen Continuum on Blu-Ray. Even the little imperfections on them just make 'em look all the hotter.
