And no, I don't mean that disembodied head from ST V. I actually mean God Himself.
(In one Trek novel - can't remember which one - Q actually does claim to have met God, and relates the tale with such a completely straight face that even Picard gets chills.)
More powerful than omnipotence?
The Q aren't omnipotent, though.
Mastery of time and space, life and death, redefine universal constants on a whim. What was it that they could not do?
But you mustn't think of us as omnipotent, no matter what the Continuum would like you to believe. You and your ship seem incredibly powerful to lifeforms without your technical expertise. It's no different with us. We may appear omnipotent to you, but believe me, we're not.
