Methinks that they'd develop, instead, the same stuff the Feds developed to expose the "Gowron" changeling (Martok), or the same stuff Garak and his dad tried on Odo during the failed Romulan-Cardassian foray into the GQ.

I think certain sects of Jem Hadar elders that have been rehabilitated / cured of their Ketracel White addiction may (in time,) attempt subtle encroachments upon the Alpha and Beta Quadrants in order to find technologies to assist them in keeping the weaker "(Ketracel)-enslaved" Jem Hadar, Vorta & Founders from re-capturing/manipulating them into The Dominion, keep Starfleet from shackling them, or to keep the Borg from one day developing an interest in assimilating them.
