am i the only one who thought when harry wanted ulcan emotion submission with tuvak that he was going tonsay his inappropriate feelings were going to be for paris

in episode : alter ego : it begins with harry going into tuvak quarters and says he wants to get rid of his emotions : tuvak asks why : harry says he has feelings for some one he shouldnt : i really was hooing he was going to say paris when asked who

Harry's inability to get laid may well have caused him some sexual confusion, unfortunately. Tom, on the other hand, despite his kind of ordinariness, could charm any smoking hottie into bed. Perhaps, it was because he did time? Women love the Bad Boys! He's damn lucky though, that B'Elanna wasn't all into Honour like Worf was, because his unsavory past would've denied him his eventual wife and kids. Damn lucky, also, because B'Elanna happens to look a hell of a lot like the gorgeous Roxann Dawson, from her eyes, down ...

We never saw Paris charm any woman on the show with the exception of that alien who wasn't really charmed...She used him as part of a conspiracy. He struck out with every woman except Torres.

He was NOT ordinary. That's crazy talk although do agree that Dawson is a pretty woman.

Tom decided to revenge-penetrate Seven of Nine to teach B'Elanna a lesson in early season 4, since he didn't like being rejected, after he opened his heart, trying to make a meaningful connection with the chief engineer he loves.

It was all really high school.

He wanted to hurt B'Elanna by pleasuring Seven.

Seven was into it.

It was full steam ahead.

Then space hobos stole their warp core, and near death B'Elanna and Tom marooned in space, have a heart to heart about how much he really, really likes her, and how she's protecting herself by pretending that she doesn't really really like him back.

So, they're together now.

Poor Seven.

She was letting Tom seduce her only to get beaver damned by the Klingon.

EXHAUSTING!

No wonder Seven put off dating for another 3 years.

True, but I don't think I'd ever get past that massive forehead above the eyes.

<shudder>

It's interesting how her appearance changed over the series. In the early seasons, the first thing you saw was THE FOREHEAD. Then over time they started softening it up and changing her hairstyle. Her Klingonis (?) was downplayed and became fainter as time went on. They even took out some of the ridges. She had a wavy thing going on with her hair in Season 6. If the show had gone on much longer all of that probably would have disappeared altogether.

I have often wondered why she just didn't get the ridges removed if they bothered her so much. They were always magically changing people's appearances for away missions so it must not have been that big of a deal.

she lost the wave after Unimatrix Zero. She came back in season 7 with straight hair. Honestly I think ALL of Star Trek has always struggled with women's hair.

I kind of wondered about that too, I mean removing her ridges. Essentially it would be just "shaving" down the bone structure and tightening the skin over it. Doesn't seem like something complicated with their medical technology. I wonder if they would grow back over times since that is in her DNA.

DNA can't fight plastic surgery.

This is not the original B'ELanna.

The Vidiians killed her early on.

This'n is a Transporter clone.

A transporter clone is when they assemble a person with a recorded pattern, but using foreign matter.

Someone who has been transported but isn't a clone, was taken apart and put back together gain, using the same matter.

The original B'Elanna was a Klingon human hybrid.

This B'Elanna is a human who has been surgically engineered (with a transporter) to carry Klingon DNA.

;)

I guess that depens on if you accept the theory that the transporter just kills the person and makes a copy
