Disney Scraps Plans For Further Star Wars Storys

Kylo's lack of completion of training still rather dominates Rey's complete and utter nothingness of training. She didn't just outright kick his arse physically she got the better of him with Force. That is just stupid.

Maybe we should just show you visuals where things are actually shown:

Kylo commits patricide, becomes emotionally compromised:

(Not shown, Ren getting shot by Chewie.)

Kylo fights Finn, gets cut, hands Finn's ass to him (also probably tiring him out a bit) followed by Kylo fights Rey, gets cut again, shows sincere fatigue:

I mean, really, even the strongest person is going to be pretty exhausted at that point. And she didn't beat him. He was down, but not out. It was a stalemate, because THE FUCKING PLANET SPLIT APART!!

(I do have to admit, I was a little disappointed to learn Luke didn't cause that.)

When it come to the Force it has been shown in several movies they rather benefit from ... training, teaching, developing it. She walked onto the 'battlefield' and straight out got the saber. She used the Force better than he did before it even started

That's an oversimplification.

Yet Luke hopped in an X-Wing which he had never flown, outperformed every other pilot that was there, completely out flew Vader who was trying to destroy him and channeled the Force to destroy the Death Star.

I was disappointed Rey didn't lose a hand or a hair or anything. That would've been more believable.

Pretty sure she got Force thrown against a tree. And a cut on the arm. (Admittedly I haven't watched the whole video I posted. About to jump onto an online class.)

Clearly, she should have lost a hand, as well as Finn should have died. Way more believable...

By the way, the title of the movie isn't Rey Awakes. It's The Force Awakens. Awakening is something that generally only characters do, so the movie itself is reinforcing the Force as an essential element of the plot, without which the events depicted cannot occur.

Rey's getting all the slack, but really some of the ire should be directed at the Force thing that's helping her out. It's probably rife with cooties too. Maybe the midi-chlorians are as well. I mean, midi-cootians.

Sadly they did give a canon answer why he was good at the X-Wing, it used very similar control scheme to his Skyhopper.

She probably just damaged the tree, lol.

Ren knocked her out twice.

I know. Having 3/3 protagonists lose hands, certainly wouldn’t retroactively turn that element from ‘irony’ and ‘tragedy’ into a joke.

I don’t know why they don’t let fans write these things. We are so clearly full of effective and original ideas.

And successfully pulled telekinesis out of his own ass to kill a poor, innocent abominable snowman.

And unlike Rey, Luke didn’t even know that ability was an option. We had seen Vader use it, but Luke hadn’t.
