Yeah, it makes sense...I mean after 50 some odd years of not caring and watching the show change responsible parties several times and not a legal pip until now...

That is quite far from the truth. Ask the fan tables that used to get shut down at cons.

There's thousands of posts based on the Axanar tale which go into depth about the reason, cause and the timeline of events (which factually contradict such statements).

Personally, I don't think there needs to be another cling to Axanar here.
