Looks like they drew her tats with a marker pen. But given that we'd only see her for a scant moment in a distorted flashback/dream sequence, it's unlikely that they'd bother with the expense of fitting her with the raised brow ridges that Bana and Collins (Ayel) wore.

You're joking right? Because the raised brow ridges are indeed there in the movie. But if it makes you happy to pretend they're not there, go knock yerself out.
There's a god damn picture of them in makeup right there on my post - how is that debatable at all?
