Well, I found the problem. My linux installation had become corrupt (according to W10, of course), so I had to delete it and re-partition the hard drive. It looks like Windows 10 doesn't like to play well with others, at least on my system.
Edit: No sooner did I say that, the whole thing just froze up twice. Deleted my Linux partition for nothing. It looks like I'm going to have to reinstall Windows 10. Again.
Oh man that sucks...

I found the resource manager also in the start menu under Administrative Tools..
I hope you fix things up on your system ..
