ISS - took decades longer than it should have

Yeah, but nobody needs to, it seems. The man on the moon was the result of the Cold War, don't forget that.

Then it will be up to private enterprise to do it.
 
^No one, but we were talking in reference to a four year political system which implied the U.S. At which point Irishman gave a list of projects and implied that they were done by the U.S.

I did not imply all those projects were undertaken by the US.

What I suppose I was trying to say is that, in every country that participates in projects like the ones I mentioned, its people value that type of work. That is not dependent on America.
