Spoilers DC's Legends of Tomorrow - Season 4

To go back to the interview for a moment, I love that a lot of the cast thought that the giant Bebo battle was going to be a career killer, but it ended up being one of most people's favorite scenes. I know it's one of mine, and to me it really felt like the moment the show really solidified it's identity as the Arrowverse's intentionally goofy show.

Purcell is nothing special without Miller.
Purcell and Lotz are the only ones who look halfway convincing in fight scenes. The series would suffer greatly by losing his physicality, whereas Charlie, Gary, and to an extent Ray and Nate are quipping machines.

"Mr. Parker?" Is that some kind of nod to the early Spider-Man issue where Stan Lee accidentally called Spidey "Peter Palmer"?

So can we safely say that at this point Beebo is the show's official mascot?
I wonder if they had any idea he would end up becoming such a big recurring element of the Arrowverse when they started writing the Viking episode?

I'm sure they didn't. The show's guiding philosophy seems to be just throwing crazy stuff out there and doubling down on whatever they and the audience have the most fun with.

I second Christopher's notion!

Looking forward to the return.

This show is always good for a laugh or two. The fact that they don't take themselves too seriously is one of my favorite parts of this show. With so many "dark and gritty" shows taking themselves so f-n seriously it's a nice change.

Yeah, it's nice to have one that is just pure goofy fun. If the comics can have series like Deadpool and Harley Quinn, then it's only fair we get shows like Legends.

Speaking as someone who knows basically nothing about the next season outside of the recent trailer, I really hope that Zari isn't permanently gone from the show. She really won me over as a character when I was watching the last season on Netflix, and at this point she's probably my second favorite (current) Legends character after Mick. If the character is just gone, that would really suck. I haven't read any articles so I don't know if the actress is gone from the show or not, but I hope she's coming back.

For me, the current version of the show is held up by Mick, Zari, Constantine and (kind of) Charlie. They're the characters I actually care about, and enjoy watching the most. They're why I started liking the show again while watching on Netflix. So I hope Zari isn't gone, it didn't feel to me like she'd ran her course as a character like Vixen had.

She pops up at least twice in the trailer Tuskin38 posted.

Plus because of the changes to the timeline last season, she's not going to be exactly the same as she was the last couple seasons.

Ugh. If she becomes just another one of the incompetent idiots on the crew (aka acting like Sara, Ray, and Nate, who are so stupid I'm convinced that sometimes they just forget how to breathe for a few seconds), then that will be worse then her just leaving the show. The show has enough generic smiling idiots, so I really hope she isn't that different from what she was.

She's the last character that needed a reboot. If they were going to "reboo"t anyone, why not bring back the Sara Lance that was competent? Or the Ray Palmer who had an IQ higher then that of the average earthworm? Replacing Vixen with Charlie was a huge improvement for the show, but Zari really didn't need something like that.

I get the feeling from the picks they are going to write new Zari as a pampered milleninal always on her phone. Jason
