DC Cinematic Universe ( The James Gunn era)

Knowing what you're referring to, it's bad enough that he promoted ... that, but to use the John Williams theme and GiF of Christopher Reeve's Superman for it makes it even more despicable.
Cain did that?!?!?

That's just horrible.

I liked the guy. I knew he was conservative, but joining and endorsing what ICE is doing. Like 2/3 of the people they pick up have committed no crime and they' are breaking up families. They're detaining and threatening citizens too, including a pregnant woman here in LA. The irony is that Superman was an undocumented immigrant.

So, yeah, I'm disappointed in Dean Cain. I would love to ask him, a guy who is biracial himself, how he can justify what Trump, Noem, and these ICE thugs are doing to people of color.

Hopefully they can scoop Cain up “by accident” and put him in one of those camps for a few days.

I'm really glad that as a little kid I was more obsessed with SeaQuest than the Superman show. Darwin the dolphin will never disappoint me.
I liked the show and I liked Cain. I just don't understand how anyone, especially any Christian, can support what is being done to these folks. It's not right. As Bishop Gomez of the LA archdiocese said, "It is punishment."

I can't find it at the moment, but you've seen how low budget bad movies (low budget movies can also be good) have major and obvious shortcomings, whether it be sound or effects or acting or editing or a combination. Came across a Dean Cain movie trailer where it looked like they didn't hire a lighting person. Daylight scenes just looked murky and poor. This wasn't a super low budget movie with three actors running around in the woods, there were costumes and a whole bunch of actors and extras. And the people who spent money making this movie saw how bad it looked and just signed off on it?

This just keeps getting more relevant

Mudd already noted that this needs to be updated for Corenswet. And it is missing Gerard Christopher.

Shame about Cain on L&C, too, as the rest of the cast on that show was really good. Teri Hatcher, Lane Smith, John Shea. Hell, until this July Eddie Jones and K Callan were my favorite Kents, and they still might share the title with the new folks.

Anyway, episode #5 of the Peacemaker podcast has Chukwudi Iwuji joining the gang:

You're right. I really liked the L&C cast. For the supporting players I especially liked Lane Smith's Perry White and John Shea's Lex Luthor. It was an enjoyable show and a different take on Superman.

David Corenswet is Superman.
Corenswet is definitely worthy of the title. I really liked his take. It was very down to earth.

I also really liked Tyler Hoechlin's Superman on Superman and Lois. He was wonderful. It's a shame that show didn't get the extra 3 seasons the producers wanted.
