DC Cinematic Universe ( The James Gunn era)

It seems like DC have someone in Gunn who can at least attempt to plot a course, and he has mapped out a lot of stuff in advance. His GOTG films have been among the best-received of the MCU, and certainly among the most vibrant, snappy and funny, whilst having a lot of heart. This makes me feel optimistic about Legacy, which certainly looks bright, colourful, and full of heart.
It's not Legacy, it's just Superman.

I'm not fine with it!

(I don't actually care, just taking the opposing opinion in a debate where neither of our opinions really count for much. ;))

It would be an understatement to say that I'm a massive Superman fan and I'm still on the fence about this one. If what I've read and suspect about Superman's characterization is accurate, this will be a deconstruction of a different kind than Man of Steel.

I'm hoping for a buddy cop style movie with Guy and Kal and a redemption arc for Lex so Lex and Clark end up as friends.
