DC Cinematic Universe ( The James Gunn era)

I'm liking everything I'm seeing so far. I wonder if Lobo's motorcycle also flies through space?
Perhaps a placeholder for the CGI spacebike? I don;t recall Lobo's spacebike having wheels though I am sure I am wrong.
I hope they get Kekoa Kekuamano as a younger Lobo for flashback scenes.

Probably isn't his spacebike. They seems to have put a lot of effort into the bike and it looks like it belongs in that setting. So it might be "local."

It's interesting that few live action versions of the characters have used the trademarked version of that shield without some interpretation. The CW shows were close, but even Donner's movies were not a match.

Of course, the characters predate the IP-official design by at least a generation.

I don't know if it's right to write this here, but I want to. WBD bought a local platform called Blu TV a few years ago. On April 15, they turned Blu TV into Max Turkey. It has all the shows and movies of HBO, along with the local series of Blu TV. But when it comes to the DC catalog, only a few current series produced by HBO and Max and a few movies made in the 2010s and 2020s have been added. The CW's DC shows, DC animations from the 90s and 2000s, all the Superman and Batman movies made in the 80s until 2010s have not been added yet.

These guys didn't even bring Harley Quinn and Kit-Man and My Adventures with Superman. Disney Plus didn't bring many contents in Turkey either, some came later and some never came. But Marvel content was complete. Also, for works that don't have DC content; they brought all Max adult animation works except Velma Show. Apart from that, there are even Max originals that lasted 2-3 seasons and were canceled. Also, when they were asked about these on social media on April 13th, they said they would get lost among DC content and posted a gif of The Flash show.

Anyway, I hope more DC shows, animations and movies will be added in the future. The participants who participated said that they will add the content that was not added in the launch they made on April 15th and create a broadcast stream with new local content.

Possible that some content is still under license to other content providers.

Max has never licensed its content in Turkey. Other than that, the CW has no one broadcasting the series they made in the 2010s and 2020s and the animations from the 90s and 2000s. Only Batman TAS has been licensed to Prime Video and Netflix non-exclusively. They license movies everywhere. Other than that, Rick and Morty is also on Netflix and the first season is also added to Max Turkey. Other than that, they gave HBO content and many platforms including Friends and TBBT Prime Video. They removed all of them and made them exclusive to Max.

I’ve found we never really know what is going on behind the scenes. Could be someone else close to you has the rights for Turkey with plans to expand into the area that never came to fruition.

Or it could be your government has issues with some of the content.

If max had licensed the content, this would have been news in Turkey and abroad. And someone would definitely have published it. They say that a lot of content that is not available yet will be added in the future, I hope DC adds more content. I said they started broadcasting on April 15th, but it was actually April 14th in the evening. The content that was not available since then, the Blue Beetle movie and a few Cartoon Network series, were added. Today, they added a licensed Turkish movie that was previously broadcast on Blu TV, they add a lot of content every day.

They are also at a disadvantage in terms of infrastructure. They told us that we could switch to max with a Blu TV subscription. But most of us, including me, could not provide this. Most of us had to buy a new subscription and unfortunately they are quite expensive compared to Turkish Lira and the content is not enough for that money. I unknowingly bought a 1-year subscription and when I canceled it, they said you can use it for free for 1 year. I asked to change the subscription plan but they said I cannot do that right now.

Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, once they have your money, it is hell to get it back.

I don't like the Snyder movies much, but I like the "S" shield. And I like Gunn's version.

Really, the only two I don't like are the movie Routh version and the Cain version - the latter is just so cartoony it's kind of arch.

Never noticed that the movie Routh version takes certain cues form Reeve's. Which of course makes sense,

I've noticed that the S has gotten more and more abstract over time. Hoechlin's isn't as bad, but Cavill's and Routh's from Crisis on Infinite Earths are almost unrecognizable as an S. I saw another thing a few weeks back that showed some of the comics versions, and they're even worse.

The Penguin, Peacemaker, the HBO series Watchmen and the DMZ TV show starring Rosario Dawson. There are no new or old animations added yet. As for movies, there are a few movies made in the 2010s and 2020s.
