I think this is the first time we've gotten Steve Lombard in live action, I don't remember seeing him any of the live actions shows or movies I've seen, and the only "other media" appearances listed on his Wikipedia page are animated.
Lombard was in Man of Steel.

He's briefly in one of the Snyder films - MoS, I think. Bugging Lois in the newsroom - she tells him to "go back to trolling the intern pool."

Oh, OK, I only saw it once so I didn't remember that. And it is listed on his Wikipedia page, but the entry for it in the list is so short I missed it when I skimmed through the article.

Time for an update!

You left out Tommy Bond as Jimmy from the Kirk Alyn serials.

There's also the 1961 The Adventures of Superboy pilot with Johnny Rockwell as Superboy, and the musical It's a Bird...It's a Plane...It's Superman, whose 1975 TV broadcast included David Wilson as Superman, Lesley Ann Warren as Lois, and Allen Ludden as Perry. Might be hard to find good photos from those, though.

Luthor fills more spots than anyone else, thanks to his Titans appearance.

I was going to say it was also thanks to being played by two different actors on Superboy, but then I realized that Superboy was too, so it cancels out. Also, Luthor never appeared in the George Reeves series, so that would subtract one vs. Superman, but that's balanced out by Tyler Hoechlin playing two different Supermen, the Earth-38/Earth Prime one corresponding to Jon Cryer's Luthor and the Superman & Lois one corresponding to Michael Cudlitz's Luthor.
