DC Cinematic Universe ( The James Gunn era)

Amethyst ... well, honestly, I've been wondering for years why WB/DC don't do anything with the property. It's Science Fantasy that's been aching for something to appeal to young girls and young adults.

The DC Nation block on Cartoon Network back in the early 2010s had a series of animated shorts that ran between shows, and they did a 7-part Amethyst miniseries as part of it in 2013. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DC_Nation_Shorts

She's also appeared in DC Super Hero Girls. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DC_Super_Hero_Girls:_Hero_of_the_Year

Wow, you got 6x actors who portrayed Superman on the same stage, taking the same selfie.

Unless Daly has a really long selfie-stick, that's not a selfie.
It could be a normal photo or a Selfie, Daly's right arm is out of frame.

Very long selfie sticks do exist that you can buy; you can google them, they're pretty cheap for what they are.

Fun fact, the Guiness Book of World Records have the "Longest Selfie Stick" at 18 m (59.05 ft).

Cameras with delay timers have existed for more than a century. I just checked, and my phone camera has a delay setting. So it's certainly possible to take a self-portrait without a stick.

James Gunn says there will be far less post-credits scenes, a lesson he took from doing Guardians of the Galaxy, Vol. 2 and how he felt hamstrung by it:

“[Post-credits scenes] can be a real nightmare,” he said. “Like writing Guardians 3 and I wasn’t really sure if Adam Warlock should be in it. But I fucking promised people. You know what I mean? And I’m like, ‘Oh, well, now I’m writing the script and things change.’ And I’m like, ‘I’m kind of cramming him in there.’ And I like him in the movie. I like the character. But it made it a little less elegant in some ways, the film. And so I’m really careful about those sorts of promises that we don’t know that we can deliver.” Gunn specifically emphasized the “don’t know.”
