Cable and his future: Perhaps in the merged universe, the destruction of Earth in the 31st century was actually one of Apocalypse's experiments for his "Survival of the Fittest", the entire secret conquest of Earth by the Dominators actually being HIS scheme all along to cut them off from the UP. So Cable is battling him on the remnants of Earth while some of the Legionnaires try to break through and help him take Apoc out.
Wonder what the Legionnaire future would be like with the Skrulls, Kree and Shi'Ar. Would they have joined with the UP or be their major enemies along with the Khunds and Dominators? Perhaps the Durlans would be another Skrull offshoot?
