David Boreanaz Cast As Jim Rockford

People still give a fuck about Howard Stern?
The only time I remember he exists is when the NY tabloids publish one of his satellite show's press releases about whatever boomer celebrity he did a two hour puff piece interview with.

Does anyone else remember Howard Stern saying that David Boreanaz was never going to have a career beyond Angel?

I don't think he's anything special as an actor but he has three long-running shows under his belt. Most working actors have zero. Although maybe he lucked into Seal Team with Jim Caviezel being a nut and Boreanaz being available to replace him. Something to be said about professionalism and dependability.

^ Cagney & Lacey with Melissa McCarthy and Leslie Jones.
Mork & Mindy with Josh Gad
Three's Company with Seth Rogan, Kristen Wiig, and Rachel McAdams.

It really wouldn't be The Rockford Files if Rockford doesn't have a sporty set of wheels, preferably a gold colored one.

The reboot Magnum still speeds off in a red Ferrari.

Will the new Rockford be driving around in style, like the original Jim Rockford?

Pontiac is no longer in business. I don't know what might be a present day equivalent of the Firebird. I would be curious to see what's in store for the new Rockford, automotive-wise.

I've always wanted to see a crossover show where the straw hatted Kolchak encounters the bald headed Kojak. Kojak meets Kolchak. That would be a Kodak moment.
