In the latest episode of Supernatural ("Galaxy Brain") they show Chuck/God on "Earth 2" where he decides to eliminate alternate Earths. The Arrowverse just did the Crisis on Infinite Earths. Is this their way of saying they are all connected?

I would say no, but Dean's Chevy Impala is going to be on Legends of Tomorrow.

Supernatural easily. Better storytelling and they do comedy better than the majority of other tv shows.

I would also say no. If the Arrowverse existed, a hunter, the Men of Letters or Cas would have mentioned something from the Arrowverse to the boys.
