The anonymity/privacy issue makes sense. Since most people trusted Holdfast with their secret, I don't suppose they would just come out and admit to things quickly. From my perspective, though, the list of senders doesn't necessarily match the list of crushes, as we've established only four matches. Since I did my list in the spirit of fun, I personally wouldn't mind revealing mine, which is fairly short.
For example:
Well what I would say is...that I got write in's on the woman side from:
Constance
Beatrice
Hortense
Harriet
So then the men can try to figure it out who wrote in their name yet not be directly told....I mean you're still not gonna know really. You can try to figure it out or you don't ...but you'd know it was one of those women there that did in fact write your name in. Is this making sense...I'm not sure it is now.
I vote we don't go down the path of even remotely revealing the names of those people who sent in lists.

Basically Holdfast creates a new list, just like the list of crushes but this time it's a list of everyone who sent in a list. So you just have a list of names, there's no correlation between the list of names who sent in list, and the names that were on the list.
Right?

I guess it's at least okay for parties to disclose that they sent in lists.
