Art is a funny thing with me. I have to be in that kind of mood to do a painting or art piece. Most of the time I just can't put paint to canvas, and at the moment same for my writing, the ideas are all there and I know what want just the words are not appearing and the desire seems to have waned a bit. I still do my photography I posted a shoot in another thread with some photos I did recently here.

IDK I like your photos and stuff- some of the big point getters for me are just cross posts from other sites on the net that I needed to have a gif link for ... yeah anyway it does not matter - thinking I should of just added this blurb to the post just above? working on a new piece with the musescore 3 software --- this music writing software is free but has limitations and is not that expensive to buy - into -- I am not sure If I will do that again? I am almost ready to do that --- I had bought in once but ended up not using the software at least once a month so I dropped my membership --- that was a few years ago,.. it is similar to trekbbs that it is a yearly payment - Of course I am always paying for trekbbs just to put the uploads of images here --

I was never comfortable with hugging. Until I met my wife. You said it pretty perfectly, I think.

I'm not a big fan of hugs from people, but I do like hugs from animals, especially dogs and horses.

Nothing more humbling than a hug from an animal. It's like they are saying "yeah, you're alright". One of my dogs called Ferne used to lean in and put her full weight behind the hug. She was the only dog I had that did that. The others always seemed reluctant and were only doing it for the prospect of biscuits or other food related treats.

The animals hugs that really got to me were ones I got from two different horses. Neither of them are mine, one belongs to a horse back rider who I talk to on my bike ride, and the other is at stables I go past on those same rides, and I stop by the fence and they come over to say hi.

You're making me miss living in the countryside. I used to live in Slad where Laurie Lee is from and had rolling hills on my doorstep but now live in an urban street surrounded by cars and bins.

We're in a regular neighborhood, but we're far enough out from the bigger parts of the cities that there's still a fair amount rural areas around. We're also in the southwest, so it's cowboy country. One way to know you're in the Southwest is when you see a guy riding a horse along the street, and then a few minutes later you see the same horse tied up outside of a bar. I also heard about some people who rode their horses to Sonic.

I've just reached my word count goal for Camp NaNoWriMo, and received this:

The main thing is that I finished a week ahead of schedule. I'm going to continue, though, as there's still a lot of story left and I like to see just how much further I can get by the end of the month.
