Cop Out

Everytime I see the trailers for this movie I want to head-check Tracy Morgan into a metal pole.

Ugh. I got a minute into the RedBand trailer and... ugh.

I didn't mind Tracy Morgan On SNL and a little after...but now??? He needs to get his "act" together.

Until watching that trailer I was fairly sure his character was supposed to be... "deficient." In-fact, I'm still pretty sure of that.

It looks like a funny enough movie otherwise (Willis, William Scott) but it looks like Tracy Morgan is going to drop a big, giant, steaming turd of suck and unfunny in every scene he's in.)

Agreed.

He has fallen off his game...even watching when he was on 30 Rock...Tracy Morgan has lost it.

Replace him with another black actor...the A+ Chris Tucker...you got a blockbuster...Bruce & Chris in another movie together... :techman:

Put Tracy Morgan and Will Ferrell in a movie together, and you can use it as a form of torture.

I'm not familiar with this Tracy Morgan guy, but the regular TV ads look pretty amusing to me. It's not one I'd pay to see at the theater, might be worth a rental.

Looking forward to seeing this for a while. As for the comment from the poster who stated that Smith is trying to distance himself from this? I agree with the poster who said that hasn't been the case at all. He's been promoting the fuck out of this film since Comic Con last summer and praising Bruce Willis and Tracy Morgan's performances. He's said that he's baffled that this is actually a film that he has directed because during the editing process he kept seeing another person's film lol. I'm curious to see a film that Kevin Smith has not written. He' directed television episodes that he hasn't written "Reaper" 's pilot comes to mind as the most recent.

He directed Reaper's pilot? Interesting, I could see that.
