No we don't. Lost in Space and Star Trek: Voyager are two totally different shows about two totally different sets of fictional characters who get lost in space in two totally different fictional universes.
Saying that two different stories are the same because they have strongly similar plots is like saying that Fort Apache (1948) and The Glory Guys (1965) are the same story because large parts of their plots are based on the Battle of the Little Bighorn.
Or, for another example, it is like saying that Fort Apache (1948) is actually Wee Willie Winkie (1937) because of the similarities between the two movies.
It is lke saying that The Wizard of Mars (1965) is The Wizard of Oz (1939).
It is like saying that Sergeants 3 (1962) is Gunga Din (1939).
It is like saying that Battle Beyond the Stars (1980) is The Magnificent Seven (1960), or that The Magnificent Seven (1960) is Seven Samurai (1954).
And so on.
