Picard: Oh no.

TARIS: I cannot deactivate the auto-destruct, but at least I have the satisfaction that you will die with us.

 

[LeadHead]

Picard starts to beam out

Picard: Not, I think today, Commander.

Picard beams into Enterprise Transporter Room.

Bridge, Picard.

 

[Enterprise1981]

DATA [OC]: Yes, Captain.

 

[LeadHead]

Picard: Take us out of here.The Romulan ship is set to auto-destruct and they can't deactivate it.

 

[JanewayRulz!]

RIKER: Wait, sir. Open hailing frequencies.

 

[LeadHead]

O'Brien: Open, Sir.

 

[Leandar]

Riker: Commander Taris, prepare to receive a transmission from our Chief Engineer. He'll instruct you how to purge your system.

 

[LeadHead]

Bridge

Taris: Agreed, Enterprise. Standing by.

 

[JanewayRulz!]

DATA: Commander, your transmission has been received

Transporter room]

DATA [OC]: And acknowledged.

 

[LeadHead]

Transporter Room

Riker: Now, Mister Data, Warp Speed please. Just in case Taris' Engineer is not as efficient as our Mister La Forge.

 

[Leandar]

Data: Aye, sir.

 

[LeadHead]

Picard: Well, Number One, I can see why you want to keep the Away Missions to yourself. That's where the excitement is. So, what's been going on here? Same old routine I suppose?

 

[Leandar]

(Picard leaves, leaving Riker and O'Brien with odd looks on their faces. As the area around the Iconian gateway explodes on the planet, the Enterprise and the Romulan ship leave orbit headed back to their respective home territories)

I then used a random number generator -- www.random.org, to be specific -- and had it pick a number between 1 and 11. This is completely and totally random. There is no favoritism of any kind shown.
