I love Sneakers, in many ways the best Mission Impossible film ever. I'd have loved a sequel.

The hacking depicted in the german movie 23 was quite realistic.
Then again, that was based on real events, so i'm not sure it counts.

In War Games I'm pretty sure his comoputer had green text on a black backround.
I can see some in my head, but I can't recall what movies they were from. Scour 80s movies if you're looking for green text on black backgrounds.

The TV show "Person of Interest" features a lot of hacking in every episode. Some of it more realistic (hacking wifi and web-cams), some of it less so (hacking cellphones via bluetooth). But it is one of my favorite new shows this year.
