Haven’t read all the comments. Wonder if the “unthinkable” event that forced Picard out of Starfleet was the return of the Borg. Which somehow forced the return of Locutus. Would make sense as to why Hugh and Seven are back.

I'm betting that it's not Data or B-4 we're seeing, but Lore. He was disassembled at the end of Descent, and here we see an android in pieces and there's a connection to Hugh. That's the option that makes the most sense to me.

Does anyone have a non-geoblocked HD version of the trailer? I could only watch it in 360p.

I didn't see Hugh in the trailer..
and since Seven is back I bet we will see the Doctor also. Maybe in season 2 if not in this one.
