Well the other thread is for the actual episode, this thread is for discussion of said ratings and the health of the show and next week episode. This would be out of topic in the actual Cloverdale episode discussion thread.

"Trial and Error" Promo. That looks really good. Ratings should go higher since its also election night which means most stations will have election coverage on and seems no baseball games either.

5 more episodes to go to the mid season break and these ratings will determine if we get a season 3.

There is much else to talk about in the gate universe these days, I see no problem with creating a weekly ratings thread. However, if someone chooses, they can certainly create a season wide rating thread, and continue to bump and update it each week.

Is there some overwhelming amount of threads? Are they at a premium? I never quite get the issues with having a few threads.

A small rise, but still the second lowest ratings of the series (and, apparently, without the competition of baseball). If the show doesn't build from this audience, it's toast. At least it managed to produce 40 episodes, which is more than I can say for CAPRICA, which will end with 19 episodes and a cliffhanger.

SyFY must see with the DVR numbers almost being 40% of the total show's audience that come the back 10 it needs to be on Friday Nights at 10pm. Sancutary is a much cheaper show so can afford lower ratings so just hold that back 10 until SGU finishes.

Does SYFY make sanctuary? and are their any number for DVD sales?

Sanctuary dropped heavily to 1.38 million down over 20% from the 3rd season premier. I would bet when you count DVR that SGU has a higher total audience than Sanctuary by season end...SYFY put the wrong show at 10pm fridays.

They should move SGU to Friday. It never should've been moved to Tuesdays against heavy network competition. SyFy is run by dolts.
