I work pretty much every night anyway, so if I want to watch TV, I have to watch it online. It doesn't actually matter to me what night things air.

However, with BSG off the air, Chuck is literally the only show I watch.

And now that the finale is over, I watch absolutely nothing.

I kind of hope that's the end, Super Hero Chuck? no thanks, what does he need the other two for then?

This episode is currently on Hulu's front page of most popular videos! Keep it up people. The more hits this week, the more likely season three!

Loved everything about the episode cept for the cheesy Matrix I know Kung Fu bit. But even that was awesome...
Heh, from the moment he started kicking ass, I was waiting on the edge of my seat for that line. Classic!
As was I! And I may be wrong, but the bout with the last guy seemed to be almost blow-by-blow the fight between Morpheus and Neo in the training room.

I loved it. All of it. I loved how sloppy Chuck looked in the fight scene. It was like his brain knew what to make his limbs do to get the job done, but his limbs didn't have the training or reflexes to make it look easy at all.

Bryce had better be dead, that's all I'm sayin'.

Overall, very happy with the finale, and hopeful to see the show again next year. :techman:

Watched it on Hulu and left a pro-Chuck comment card at Safeway. I did my part for the day.

Safeway?

I hope you meant Subway. Because the manager at the Safeway grocery store will likely ask "WTF is Chuck? Tell me so I can give him a raise!"

One of the best season finales I've seen this year. Way better than Heroes' season finale.

I loved Heroes - very gutsy way to shake things up. Chuck seemed downright timid by comparison. Kung fu? Pfffft!

OTOH, I felt exactly the opposite.

Heroes' writers (Kring himself actually) totally fubarred in forgetting that Claire's blood would revive Nathan. And Parkman's power would have been better used to simply wipe Sylar's mind entirely and leave him a drooling vegetable in a padded room. Instead, they reward Nathan's killer with Nathan's life and he is already showing signs of the old Gabriel Gray shining through, a ticking time bomb if there ever was one. This is why you do not put people who never read comics in charge of series' like this. It is so stupid. It is Star Trek, forgetting that technology we just discovered last week, stupid.

Chuck, OTOH, has been deftly building on their story, forgetting nothing that has come before. Yet you dismiss it because of the last thirty seconds of the episode that was designed as a cliffhanger. Do you really think they are going to leave Chuck as a kung fu master? Really?

Chuck left me cheering. Heroes left me with bullshit and major plot holes. I know which one I liked better, and which one shook things up better.

What happened to Nathen and Sylar happened to (mirror Universe) Prometheus and Morph in exiles a few years ago and they hardly mention it any more, actually the roster has been shook up wso many times, I'm not sure anyone knows... Then there's A Skrull wandering around who knews that he isn't captain Marvel but dearly wants to be Captain marvel and is haveing some trouble sorting out the dichotomy since he's more interested in living the dream than his reality.

Wait till "nathen" has kids.

Josh Schwartz gave an interview on Tuesday that should quell anyone's misgivings about Chuck having permanent kung fu abilities. As most of us true fans of the show realized, he cannot keep them and remain the nerdly underdog we all love to watch.

He also states that come hell or high water, Jeffster will return next year. I read that to mean even if the show is not renewed. It leaves me wondering, is Jeffster getting a record deal and will they be releasing their cover of "Mr. Roboto"? I'd buy it. The damn song is still playing in my head now, three days later.

Schwartz says word is supposed to be coming on May 5 on whether there will be a third season. Keep your fingers crossed!

Honestly, I think the "Save Chuck" campaign pushed it over the top. It is also one of the best save the show campaigns that I can recall because it makes a real difference in the financial decision the network is facing. Nuts are nice, but advertising dollars are better.

We'll see. I hope you're right. My biggest fear is that the reason they've been so quiet about announcing it's renewal is that they've already canceled it and are now embarrassed by all the press the fan drive has gotten.

BTW, I fricking LOVE your sig man. Max Payne(videogame, not the movie) is such a great game.

Yeah, just replayed 2 for the first time in years. That was one of my favorite bits. Great, great game and I am looking forward to 3.
