I ended up buying it. I just feel dumb because I already own it on DVD!

But I love it so much that I feel like I should own it on Blu-Ray, too. To be fair, it will be my very first Blu-Ray purchase, so I'm okay with it. And right now my DVD copy is circulating in an attempt to make my friends love it as much as I do.

Oddly enough, at Best Buy, it's only $5 more to get the season on Blu-Ray than standard DVD ($39.99 vs. $34.99). Weird.

^ That's still pretty expensive. Most online sites sell the BD version for about $35. I ordered mine from deepdiscount (the 25% sale) for approximately $26.

Anyway... I would have bought the DVD version, but I knew the BD version was coming out a few months later so I decided to wait.

I'm impulsive when it comes to my purchases, so I usually don't like waiting for things to ship. I should start, though. It's definitely cheaper.

Truth be told, I just picked up Chuck this season, mainly because a friend of mine watches it, and I was curious. I can see why she likes it.

This episode was great. I especially like the fact that when Chuck revealed he was CIA, he had the LAPD and FBI ready just outside Jill's door. Classic!

Oh, and they really need to train him on how to plant a bug...or how to do recon without blowing your cover over a microphone.

And I feel sorry for Casey. Send over two cases of Listerine.

Sarah...wow. I felt for her when she was overhearing Chuck and Jill over the phone at the end of the ep.

Eh, hard time feeling sorry for her, all things considered. She's jerked Chuck around enough, so tough. Maybe it'll be enough of a kick in the ass for her? Either way, no real sympathy for Sarah there...

I felt really bad for her in the moment, but at the end of the episode, I was like, "Sarah put Chuck through the exact same shit last year, so now it's his turn to do it to her."

This is why being a high school drama teacher would be so cool, not waiting around for DVD's vs Blue ray,... You just down load transcripts from the internet and get all your 15 year old monkeys to reinact the...

What? That's still an illegal and actionable infringement of copyright law>?

I've been considering giving up on this show, not because it's bad, but because it hasn't been "must see" TV. This episode changed that. It was everything that's already been mentioned. It was funny and well done.

And I kept thinking I had seen the actress playing Jill before and I was right. She was Jordana Brewster (who I last saw in "The Fast & the Furious"). She's a major hottie alright, and the glasses just amped up the geek hot factor more. :)
Yep. I've been a fan of Jordana's for a while now and was happy to hear that she'd be on Chuck. I'm even happier to find out that she'll be in next week's episode as well. Are they doing a little arc or something? I haven't looked into it yet. Too lazy. Anyhoo... I noticed that she looked like Karen Allen in a few shots and I thought to myself... Wow! She looks like Karen Allen! Then something funny happened. I saw that Karen Allen smile in the preview for next week's episode and only afterwards realized that it was Jordana Brewster.
