Re: Christopher Lloyd must have had a really good agent or just been l

I imagine Night Court was his only claim to fame at the time, and I've never seen it. I've never seen The Practice or Boston Legal, either.I doubt if I knew who Dan Larroquette was at the time; I barely know who he is now.
Should have said John Larroquette, btw.
Multiple-emmy winning actor known for such shows as Night Court (where he played "Dan Fielding" and why I misspoke and called him "Dan"), the Practice and Boston Legal. I recognized him as soon as I heard his voice.
Fu Manchu was never a racist stereotype, but the Klingons stereotype themselves; they like it.A horrible Klingon racist sterotype? And I don't know what the objections were to CL's Kruge-- he was like a Klingon Fu Manchu.![]()

Yeah, I've heard that before. Tastes do indeed vary, because I thought he played ruthless very well-- and with a style that contrasted nicely with Khan's "civilized" ruthlessness in the previous film. But, seriously, his performance did not work for me one bit. I kept hearing Jim Ignatowski threatening Kirk. And, while tastes obviously vary, it appears I am not the only one.
