Chris Pine appreciation thread

While doing this scene, I had second thoughts about what I mentioned the other day. Maybe the extra track where the girl can't stop trying to touch Luther/Chris is not on the outtakes, but rather the cut scenes. Not sure now. There's a place left in the movie where she tries to touch him, and he brushes her off.

Jeri, as i remember it, the scene where she is trying to touch him and he keeps brushing her off saying "Stop it! Stop it!" was in the outtakes. I got the impression they were kidding around....

"Remember your promise Robbeeeeee" (that just cracks me up)

Well, if I was right the first time, then it was just weird. He seemed genuinely annoyed; not like they were kidding around.

He looks beautiful in the scene above, if I do say so myself...

Yeah, after I saw that extra clip, when this scene came up again, where he kisses her, I couldn't help thinking -- Chris doesn't like that chica.

And that's another reason why I don't watch extra tracks. I'd just as soon not see the man behind the curtain.

And i am completely opposite. I watch every single thing the dvds have on them.

Well, if the newbie is allowed to jump in (doing it anyway, but this is a good way to join the conversation) Chris Pine is just too cute. Whant some for supper. As for the extras, I whatch most of them. The deleted scenes are the best in my humble opinion.

Tom, I know, I know; my own husband is a big extra-track freak. He loves 'em. He makes me watch them, the slave driver.

I like watching the deleted scenes but usually agree that the scenes should have been cut even if, in Chris' case, he's awfully cute in them. I enjoy the gag reels even more. TOS bloopers were some of the best and the Firefly ones are great, too. Really funny. I think the gag reel in Star Trek XI is funny but I wish there was more of the bloopers and flubs. Maybe there will more in the next movie dvd.

4 days til the dvd. It's gonna be awesome seeing it any time I want, and seeing the extras on my tv instead of watching them on my computer monitor.

Pam, it's true, i usually agree with the choices the director has made regarding the deleted scenes....but this time, from what we saw i am not so sure. I think i may have kept all but one or two in the movie. I'll know better once that DANG BD IS IN MY HANDS!!!!! (i am getting very impatient!!)

Chris is dating Olivia Munn?!

She's very pretty, but she kind of irritates me on G4 because I doubt her sincerity as a nerdy girl. There are some female hosts who really are enthusiastic about comics and gaming and sci-fi on that channel, but she seems to just read the cards and not care too much about it. He could do worse though. At least she's pseudo-geeky.

My copy of Confession should come tonight. Can't wait to watch it. I may have to grit my teeth and buy Just My Luck (can't believe I'm saying this). I've seen some pictures and he looks really good. Not sure what the scene is with him and the mask up on stage but he looked hot. Also, he's got his shirt off in it. Just call me shallow.

Tribbles, I was an Army brat and we lived in Heilbronn near Stuttgart many years ago. I'd love to go back some time for a visit.
