There's no makeup for Guinan. And really, bringing her back Whoopi Goldberg's age would kind of stick out. We know Guinan has lived for at least five hundred years without visibly aging, but suddenly in the past thirty years she's aged quite noticeably?
Option 1: de-age her like Data in Pic.
Option 2: she’s toward the end of her lifecycle and ages differently now.
Kinda like Kes who ages rather quickly during the last months of her life after remaining practically unchanged for several years.
Selar, Crusher, Toby Russell, Pulaski, Troi (by extension Riker and Kestra...and the rest of the TNG cast), Ogawa, Bashir (O’Brien, Garak...DS9 cast), an EMH, Zimmerman, VOY’s EMH (...VOY cast), the EMH Mark II player by Andy Dick, an EMH of Phlox or Karl Urban as McCoy....the Caitian doctor from Lower Decks!
And THIS guy.
There are a few mentions of Doctor Selar but we only see her once (IIRC) and that's too bad.
I would like to see Kes's race again; the 9 year lifespan creates some so far untapped opportunities for character and society development, especially in more serialized shows.
Yeah, I now have to admit, though I love her, the concept was better than the character. I think such a concept would have worked better in DS9, with more room for character development and world building. Indeed, you might expect very fast cultural development too.
Unfortunately, neither Kes nor her race ever attained 'iconic' status. The current production team seems to be stuck in 'Marvel blockbuster' status, thinking the show is about 'iconic' characters, not untapped ideas.

I always liked Kes’s voice and, I dunno, calmness. Ironic given the bts reality. The one thing I really thought they could have done more with is making her a lot busier, or her culture far more structured, given that she had a tenth the time to do everything most others do in their lifetimes.

Those who knew him, loved him...while those who did not know him, loved him from afar.
B' Elanna could pull a flatliners ... sorry, I mean Barge of the Dead again to get it done. But since she had no relation with K' Ehleyr, we'd still need some kind of backstory, say, she runs into yet another bout of trouble with her mixed background and decides to check out figures that experienced similar conflicts.
