They would have been in the area for shooting Season 3, so why not. It's publicity.

Michelle Yeoh posted about it on her Instagram saying how she's looking forward to spending a lot of time there. Then she hash-tagged it: #Section31.

My guess is the Section 31 show will shoot there and Discovery will remain at Pinewood.
