It's on hiatus. TV Guide says it has been renewed, and with a longer episode run. Unfortunately, this has increased production time and it's not planned for a return until 2019.
It's already filming its second season as far as I know.
I don't get a lot of time for TV. I did catch the Talladega yesterday with the Potemkin's Captain Grigory, Jeff Green piloting the # 93 car.
