It's not much better, but my first though was 'are, Mr Writer? Are you sure you don't mean 'legacy' instead of 'destiny'?'

I mean, the concept of destiny is based on things being predetermined - you never really get to 'choose' it.
 
I want to know a few things...
Where did all these deck chairs come from & why are we re-arranging them even more ?

@Dennis I don't have details but I remember they would go MONTHS without any posts or updates leading up to STiD. Even when the movie came out I think it was a week or two before they posted anything. Since then I rarely go there. I hear Anthony still contributes on occasion. It WAS the go to site for ST09..........maybe he sold it off. Anyone know more?
 
Ack! Just now seeing your upthread posted thoughts on The Announcement, Mordock & muCephi. I hadn't yet seen them when posting my own similar thinking repose to OtherGene's post on same.

The more I think about The Announcement the more I think JJ was just engaging in some positive PR to shore up any negativity around the movie that he and his company are producing, based on him probably being aware that an attempt at settlement was coming soon regardless. I've only watched the clip once but to me it appeared that he barely remembered the name 'Axanar' anyway but I accept that could just be my recollection.

And look at how many people now love JJ. And Justin Lin. And CBS. And Paramount..
