I know its from the end of Febuary, but have a look at this, and the comments:

The overall mindset being cultivated seems to be, stay cool and positive and the studio will be persuaded that you the fan are right and we are your legitimate proxy. I want to say to them:
1. You are choosing to live in a bubble. Intellectual content of arguments is not canceled by calling those thoughts negative, and then hiding those arguments under censorship and righteous analyses of the speakers. Criticism of Axanar management behavior began outside the Axanar walled garden first, because criticism wasn't and still isn't allowed inside the walled garden. Your Axanar blog writers can't censor the lawsuit judge, or induce him to ignore competent analyses by declaring the authors to be "negative". The real world outside the reach of your all-controlling blog writers is proceeding apace, with its own perspective. You should read it.
2. "Hating" is what Axanar managers did to donors when illegally sub-licensing Trek IP to a coffee maker, wash, rinse, and repeat in many variations, thus destroying the fans purity of intent by entrapping the fans and their money in a business model which inevitably drew a lawsuit. "Hating donors more" is what Axanar managers did by calling it all nonprofit all this time, when legally and in operation, its for profit with 100% reinvestment -- mostly in a studio asset for future non-Trek operations. "Nauseating" is "give us a million to build ourselves our business asset for our future, and then you can give us another million to make your film. Don't worry, we know how to do this, and assure you its kosher business-wise with the studios * ".
3. Discovery will make it clear to everyone, if the egos of Axanar keep fighting long enough for discovery findings to get into the court record by motions after discovery, and/or a trial. Everyone will get to see the bottom lines pointed to by the blogs and podcasts (not just the "haters" blogs and podcasts, but Axanar's blogs and podcasts, liberally quoted by critics); by the budget itself -- so much money and time for so little product and so much "infrastructure" owned by the production company, travel etc.; and so much stated intent to violate IP in so many ways simply because they feel (as stated in their podcasts) their righteousness entitles them to do so. If there's a settlement before discovery findings are revealed, sweet dreams of your money spent on a studio for the project leaders (and their silent partner investors) and squat for you.
Sorry,
you
backed
the
wrong
horse.
* "There's always a chance they might disagree"... there, you have been fully informed of the risk.
