One really wonders what W&S REALLY think of Mr. Alec Peters at this point.

It's very difficult to dump a client in Federal. Especially if you took him on pro bono. Peters is slowly giving them some wiggle room, however.

1. The Enterprise (at Earth) is the closest ship to Regula.
2. The Enterprise (crewed by cadets, trainees, and instructors) is the best choice for the mission.
3. The senior staff of the Enterprise was re-assigned en mass to be instructors.
4. The Reliant's sensors seem to be totally useless.
5. The crew of this ship don't notice there's a missing planet.
6. Yada yada Khan knows Chekov.

And that's just the beginning.

Scotty taking his injured nephew to the Bridge will always be my WTF moment for Star Trek. Can you imagine if the Abrams films had done something like that? The trufans wouldn't let it go for 20 years.

A torpedo that can "create the conditions where life can begin" turns out to be a torpedo that can create a star and planet - whoa! Why the fuck was Marcus even hunting for a "lifeless planetoid or other dead form?"

As Scotty seemed to be blanked out at that point, maybe the comm panel interpreted his sobs as a request for "Bridge"

She couldn't find Donald Trump

Wow. I listened to the legal stuff on that podcast. It's sorta sad and pathetic and yet delusitional at the same time.

From Facebook on March 4, 2016, Alec Peters said, "I don't care of you are Republican or Democrat. Vote for whoever you want. But PLEASE don't be so fucking ignorant as to vote for this pathological liar and narcissist."
