Reminds me of when Enterprise was in production or maybe Nemesis someone on the BBS claimed to have an uncle working on it..........Seems none of the "inside info" ever panned out.
The best one I ever saw was when Benecio Del Toro was still being considered for STID, someone on Trekmovie calling himself "Inside the Production" claimed that the movie would involve Khan fighting the Borg Queen, who would have a romance with Chekov. That was more believable than this claim.

Time to start a Kickstarter. I gotta make that Chekov/Queen ship happen!!!

For a serious giggle you should take a look at this post from a guy with an uncle or cousin "high up" at CBS.......

What's funny about that? I'm looking forward to it now. I can't wait to see how they solve the challenge of stretching out a paper thin story concept to multiple seasons. It's interesting because the official teaser promised new this, new that and new the other when, in fact, the show will be littered with old vaguely recognisable characters and settings. Littered. I mean, that just proves what the Axananites have said for some time, that CBS are all liars. And haters.

All we need now is confirmation that Han Solo will return as a force ghost in Star Wars VIII:The Fall Of The Resistance, that Deckard was a replicant all along and that there was enough room for two people on that bit of wood when the Titanic went down and we'll have conclusive proof that the internet is a good thing.

I don't think this guy likes Alec Peters very much
