Who Monitors the Axamonitor

Watchmen. Duh.

The entire purpose of that phrase relies on said hypothetical watchmen being the last line of oversight and defence. You sub in another group that you don't see as having ultimate authority, and the frigging point is lost.

*dope slaps random Facebooker*
Don't misquote things that you don't understand! Ancient graffiti is serious business!

No... I genuinely thought he was somehow involved with all three at the same time. i was, therefore, surprised he was getting any work done

You really need to let go of your obsession with Alec Peters' girlfriends and keep these uncouth and churlish remarks to yourself. The only person you are making look bad is yourself.

Meanwhile, Lord Alec takes even the simplest gesture and still finds a way to fuck it up and make it about himself:

...because that's what you guys do too, right? Take someone else's medical diagnoses and life-altering tragic news and use it as a shield to deflect any negative attention to yourself. Right?

Thank god he didn't write something like this:

That would have been too hard, amirite?

Attorney: Members of the jury, the claims of the studios are sad, outright lying, and a refusal to do the most basic research. We, W&S, do not *work* for the defendant. We never were on his crew. We didn't hand out any locked scripts, and besides, our filings are on legal paper, not A4. Nothing about what the studios allege, therefore, has any substance.

If it doesn't fit, you must acquit.

Regarding the following I found on that link:
"Paramount Pictures is being sued over its copyright of the Klingon language...
Is Paramount being sued over this?

And there's that 'fans' thing again. Saying 'fans want..' 'fans don't want....' 'fans think...' 'fans know....' totally begs the question.
[the lawsuit] has polarized fans....
Well, a very very small number of fans within the the extremely small subset numbers of fans who watch fan films, who are within the subset of the small number of fans who know fan films exist, who are within the huge huge numbers of fans of Star Trek.

This is just like the "Las Vegas convention votes STID the worst movie" thing.
Well, noooo. That didn't happen. It was a panel with 150 to under 400 fans attending (depending on who you talk to who was 'actually there'). Who where completely divided on this, with Michael & Denise Okuda saying 'nope' 'nuh uh'. And it didn't end up to be a vote but instead a sort of consensus with many of them saying they did 'not' agree.
150 - 400 out of the thousandS of fans who were there that one day who were a subset of the even more thousands who attended the four day convention. And many of those 150-400 voting, voted no.

Star Trek fans have funneled over $1 million in crowdfunding....
Well, the donor fans are a smaller subset of the (see above smallest subset) fans who funneled the money through crowdfunding anyway.
Well, it appears CBS knows that axanar is exactly what fans want.....

'fan want...' 'fans know...' 'fans think...' 'fans like....' 'Star Trek fans have funneled over $1 million...'

It can be stated to the exact same degree of accuracy as the above that fans think Capt. Janeway is the best ST captain. Fans vote The Motion Picture the best movie. Fans know Dr. Bashir is the best doctor. Fans prefer the Ferengi over the Klingons. Fans really like Move Along Home. Fans don't like Prelude to Axanar. Fans think JJ Abrams made two great Star Trek movies. Fans vote Deep Space Nine the best series. Fans know that no series after The Original Series is real Star Trek.

It just depends on the subset of fans being spoken 'for'.

So, nope. I'm calling bs on that site.
