This sounds like wishful thinking to me. Is the lawsuit really that broad that he can go after the financials for the original kickstarter? I would think that would require a fishing expedition that the court wouldn’t tolerate — or is the lawsuit broader than I think?

I'm coming round to the idea that there's actually something to that with these guys. A while back I also thought they were being benefitted financially but, if they ever were, theres no money left now.
